Cancellation policy
At The Society, we truly value your time and appreciate your support. To keep our schedule running smoothly and fairly for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Appointments canceled after the 24-hour deadline, including same-day cancellations, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
This policy allows us to respect the time of our stylists and other guests who may be waiting for an opening.
Late & No-Show Policy
Our stylists run on a tight schedule to give each guest the time and attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, and 50% of your scheduled service cost will be charged as a late cancellation.
If you no-show your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged, and you’ll need to settle the balance before booking any future services with any of our stylists.

Guest & Children Policy
We love your little ones and totally get wanting to have company, but for safety reasons and to keep the salon space calm and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or guests to your appointment.
Please schedule your visit for a time when you’re able to come solo. If you arrive with guests or children, you may be respectfully asked to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a relaxing environment for all.
